Wayne Goldsmith is a well respected writer, sports consultant & motivator.
One of the leading innovators in high performance sport, Wayne's coaching, thinking and teaching has influenced some of the World's leading athletes, coaches and teams. His reputation is that of one of the most influential and creative minds in world sport today.
Wayne has worked with the Australian Rugby Union (National Manager Sports Science and Elite Coach Development), toured with the Wallabies in 2005 and worked with all four Australian Super 14 Rugby franchises.
Before his Rugby career, Wayne spent over ten years working in Olympic sports nationally and internationally. He was the first Sports science/sports medicine manager appointed to any sport (swimming) as part of Australia's highly successful Olympic Athlete Program (1993-1998) and led the Australian Triathlon team as National Performance Manager at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games and the 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 World Championships.
In 2000, Wayne was recognised by the Australian Sports Commission with the Eunice Gill Prize for Outstanding Contribution to Coach Education in Australia. OK.
Wayne is currently consulting to the:

- Gold Coast Titan NRL;
- NSW Institute of Sport;
- Australian Sports Commission
- Southport School on the Gold Coast.
His written work, over 300 articles, have been published and printed in fifteen countries and in seven languages.
Wayne's unique ability to see the big picture and identify the key performance issues means he can design, develop and implement systems to make success happen. His outstanding ability to solve performance problems and think laterally together with his uncanny capacity to understand the real issues and the culture of any organisation enable him to identify simple ways of making important changes - quickly and effectively.
He works with people, teams and organisations to develop sustainable performance improvement through unique, individualised performance enhancement processes.
Wayne has been speaking for over 15 years and has presented at numerous Australian and international conferences, workshops, seminars and functions.

Leader? What Leader?
Lots of people talk leadership – there are even Leading Leaders who talk about Leaders, Leading and Leadership.
Most leadership sessions focus on the traditional models of Leadership – the Churchill – Kennedy – Julius Caesar type of leadership – where one person takes the lead and everyone follows.
But what is it NOW? - and what will it be in the FUTURE?
